about
Patagonia Interactive is a concept project developed and sent to Patagonia as creative inspiration. The idea centers around an interactive in-store booth — an ice sculpture-like structure with orange edges — where store visitors can step inside, choose an environment, and experience real weather conditions such as wind and rain while wearing Patagonia clothing. The purpose is simple: give the customer a genuine sense of how the gear performs before they buy it.
The concept was developed across four touchpoints. Custom clothing labels introduce the customer to the concept in-store, capturing their attention and directing them toward the booth. An instore display then gives a clear explanation of how the experience works. Inside the booth itself, a 360° LED panel surrounds the customer with visuals of extreme environments, while physical elements like wind and rain make the experience tangible. To show how the concept would integrate into a real retail space, we also designed a full storefront displaying the booth in context.
The outdoor scenes present the booth surrounded by extreme weather conditions — a deliberate visual connection between the outside world and the experience happening inside.
